Order Processing & Shipment
We process most orders by the next business day if placed by 4:00 PM HST (Mon–Fri). Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. If there are any delays or out-of-stock items, we’ll notify you. Custom orders take 1-2 weeks for completion.

Signature Requirement
A signature is required for all deliveries. To modify this, contact joyce@artistica.net before shipping. Changes are not possible once in transit.

Waiving Signature
You can waive the signature requirement, but Artistica, Inc. and the delivery service are not responsible for unsigned deliveries.

Availability for Signature Delivery
Ensure someone is available to sign for delivery to avoid delays. Returned shipments due to failed delivery attempts will incur additional charges.

• Free USPS Priority Mail to the U.S.

• FedEx 2Day for $18.50

• FedEx Overnight for $65.00

P.O. Boxes & USPS
If your address is a P.O. Box or outside FedEx service areas, we will ship via USPS Priority Mail.

U.S. Territories & APO/FPO
Shipping available with specific fees and times. Contact us for more details.

Canadian Orders
Shipped via FedEx for $65.00 with a signature requirement.

International Orders
Contact joyce@artistica.net for international shipping details.

Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and customs fees on international orders. Artistica cannot estimate these fees in advance.
