All confirmed orders from Artistica will be shipped the same day or next day by one of our couriers. As soon as the package leaves our factory, we will confirm with you the order has been shipped. You will also receive a tracking number to check the status of your shipment. All orders for the United States is available with FREE SHIPPING by USPS shipping services. Fedex 2nd Day and Overnight service is available for additional charge. Packages are only shipped out during business days Monday thru Friday and weekend orders are shipped out on Mondays. For international shipments there is a $55 USD charge. All of our packages are fully insured and are packed carefully to protect the product from any damage during the shipping process.
